It's recommended to apply the 60 FPS unlock for a better experience. Rivals on PC is very moody and 60 fps trick requires really powerful rig. If not, fps drops will result in game running literally in slow motion. IMO it's better to stick to stable 30 fps in this case. Rare instance of 3025 cops doing something.
