Ihave the same problem. First, I have to run Uplay as Offline. Whenever I tried to run AC2 and click the Story Mode line at the beginning of the game, it tries to connect to the Ubi server and waits endlessly. All can not be connected, too. This is a problem I am having more than 1 month.
