If you can't bear the thought of not killing Joseph Seed There's a way. First, make sure you've got a pistol. Go for the Bad Ending (fight Joseph, bombs go off, drive to the bunker, etc), but when you're driving everyone from the compound to the bunker, Joseph Seed is just sitting there in the back seat, handcuffed.
Really double-check it on the map. Also, double-check you're at full resistance meter by doing some activities that would get your more resistance points (saving civs, liberating an outpost, sidequest, etc.) Edogawa316 5 years ago #4.
